(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Grand Iranian Shia Cleric, Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi, called for more Muslim unity and referred to deep concerns of the enemies over developments made in Muslim world.Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi, Iranian cleric and professor at Qom Seminary rebuked some Arab states for the friendly relations with the US while the Americans count Islam as a threat for western countries and the US.“Outstanding developments made in the Muslim world have raised concerns among the enemies” said the cleric adding, “We have to try for more unity among Muslim communities.”Professor at Qom Seminary referred to the threats posed by the US commander to collapse holy cities of Mecca and Medina, in Saudi Arabia, while some Arab heads, out of ignorance and irrationality hold out their friendly hands towards the US.Grand cleric also referred to different methods by enemies of Islam to disrespect Muslim sanctities and said, “These mischievous efforts are inspired by disillusionment of the enemies due to the developments of the Islamic Revolution and its victory against world arrogant powers.”He also criticized enemies for burning Qur’an, desecration of the name of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) or composing sacrilegious songs about Shia Imam (AS) as different ways through which enemies hire to express their hatred of Muslim sanctities.  /129
